  • How can I sign up as a Radiance Loyalty Member?

    Visit https://member.cledepeau-beaute.co.id/login to sign up as a Radiance loyalty member.

  • How do I activate my account?

    Visit https://member.cledepeau-beaute.co.id/login to sign up as a Radiance loyalty member. Once you've completed the registration and filled in all required fields, your account will be active. You can then start enjoying exclusive benefits based on your tier.

  • How long does my membership last?

    Your membership lasts for 12 months after upgrading your tier. Silver tier memberships do not expire.

  • How do I qualify or requalify for my membership tier?

    Members qualify to a tier by the amount spent. When registering as a new member, you will qualify as a Silver tier with no minimum spend.
    - Spend at least Rp 20,000,000 to become a Gold tier over a consecutive 12 month period.
    - Spend at least Rp 50,000,000 to become a Platinum tier over a consecutive 12 month period.
    - Spend at least Rp 70,000,000 to become a Diamond tier over a consecutive 12 month period.

  • Will I be downgraded if I don’t meet the qualification for my membership tier?

    Failure to meet the spending requirement will result in a downgrade of one tier, from Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. While Silver members will remain within the Silver tier.

  • How can I earn points?

    Points can be earned for every purchase made at our boutique. For every Rp 1,000,000 you will receive 1 point.

  • How long does it take for points to be reflected in my account?

    Points will be reflected real-time after transaction is made.

  • How do I check my points balance?

    To check your points balance, login to your MemberNX account through https://member.cledepeau-beaute.co.id/login. Your tier and points will be shown on your home page.

  • What can I use my points for?

    Points can be redeem in every Redemption month for member to redeem the exclusive selection of products.

  • Is there an expiry date to my points?

  • Where can I redeem my points for products?

    You can redeem your points in-store. Login to https://member.cledepeau-beaute.co.id/rewards-mall and clicking on "Browse Rewards Mall" to see the reward catalogue. This voucher can then be exchanged for a gift at any of our boutique during our Redemption Month. Our Personal Beauty Specialist will help to assist your process of redeeming your points.

  • Where can I collect my products?

    You can collect your products in-store. Our Personal Beauty Specialist will help to assist your process of collecting your rewards. Visit https://www.cledepeau-beaute.co.id/store to check your nearest Clé de Peau Beauté boutique.

  • When is the product redemption and collection period?

    The collection period of product redemption is during the whole month of redemption. Our redemption month is held twice each year, during the month of June and December.

  • Am I able to return my rewards or exchange it for another reward once I have collected it?

    No return or exchange of products after collecting your rewards.

  • How is my personal data collected and used?

    We collect, use, disclose, transfer, and process your personal data from the sources set out in Section 1 and for the purposes set out in Section 3 of our Privacy Notice - see https://www.cledepeau-beaute.co.id/privacy.html for further explanation.

  • Would I be able to delete my account?

    Yes, if there is any request by you, we can delete your account. However, we may retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law. After this period of time, we will destroy or anonymise your personal data in a safe and secure manner.
