SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders placed after 2.00pm will be considered next business day order.
Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery.
Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to outside Jakarta Delivery schedule may vary during online sales period.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You may sign in to view your order status and purchase history in your account or you can reach out to us for status updates via email cpbcare@shiseido.id (Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm). Alternatively, customers can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party courier provider’s online tracking portal once they have received the airway bill tracking number.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, we will delivery for second attempt. If both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt), the order will be cancelled.
Clé de Peau Beauté Indonesia Online ships all orders from Tangerang. Delivery lead times will be based on location.
SHIPMENTS TO PO BOX ADDRESSES
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
